A complete remodel of a turn-of-the-century home in Capitol Hill, Seattle, designed for a younger, creative couple.

The addition of Sunroom, with large windows and bi-folding doors, creates a strong connection between the house and backyard. Opening up the walls between living spaces while respecting the character of the house, allows for an open flow between spaces from Living Room, to Media Room, Piano Room and Kitchen.
